I believe there were 13
Idea: “heterobaiting” where at first you think it’s a show about heteros but then suddenly everyone was secretly gay the whole time
In the Torchwood episode “Captain Jack Harkness,” Torchwood leader Jack is taken back to 1941, and for the first time meets the man he took his name from. The two Jacks are inexplicably attracted to each other, and because Torchwood Jack knows that the historical Jack will die the next day, he takes the risk of dancing with him in front of the shocked party-goers.
Here’s a new shot of me as The Doctor paying his respects to Ianto Jones. Hope you guys like it :)
this is perfect
No one really knows which house Jack Harkness belongs in; every morning, he exits a different house, every evening he enters a different one, he wears as many colours as he fashionably can, he has friends and connection everywhere, and instead of rooting for every team, his commentaries in Quidditch games are more about how everyone looks absolutely fantastic and how amazing and fast and incredible they all are.
A few people suspect he’s a Ravenclaw first (and everything after), but they’ve never looked too deeply into it. Only a handful know (in the end, they all think, like Jack does, that a student’s house matters less than who they really are).
Oh my gosh… did you just use a Doctor Who/Harry Potter crossover to explain that sexual orientation/classification is not the most important thing about a person?
I… I love you.
Of note: Peter Capaldi is in both.
